Key Information
* - Exhibitors will be required to provide a refundable deposit that will be refunded on request after the festival based on the following criteria being met:
Setup and take down must only happen outside of the trading hours. Traders are welcome to trade longer. Before 9am and after 5pm and food stalls trading night will be before 5pm and after 10pm
Stallholders who leave early are not entitled to any refunds and will not be considered for participation again.
Parking may only be within the allocated areas for exhibitors
Traders MUST trade all days
No single use plastic will be allowed at the festival (no plastic bags, no polystyrene) Details here.

All vendors display their products at their own risk. Pringle Bay Festival / Management / Committee and anyone associated with the festival will be INDEMNIFIED against claims caused by injuries, theft of damages. Each vendor is responsable for their own security.
No sub-leasing or lending of stalls is permitted.
This is an application to trade. All traders will be approved prior to confirmation of booking.
